On Tuesday, July 19th, JMR released Olivia, the 3rd "Slowhand" Jack CD in the last 18 months. The new album features the title track, "Rock Star Blues" and a cover of Band of Gypsies' "Who Knows" featuring the HITT! To celebrate Jack's birthday as well as the new CD, the Jib Crew is throwing a party tonight (9/13) at the Map Room (1281 W. 9th St., Cleveland, OH 44113) at 8pm. All are welcome to attend, but if you can't make it, you can purchase your copy of Olivia here, http://kunaki.com/Sales.asp?PID=PX0094W7CF.
In other news, Jib Machine is pleased to annouce the signing of a new artist! Long-time friend of the label and frequent JibNation guest, ELI, will be releasing his new CD, Stop This Bus, through JMR this fall. More details coming soon.
Also, the 7th Day Creeps have been hitting the club circuit pretty hard these days supporting their latest releases Meat the Creeps (JMR CD) as well as She's So Goth (Digital e.p. through Jib/Fanatix). If you're in the Port Huron area, try to check out a show...you won't regret it!
And finally, the Hostile Omish will be playing a huge show next month! On Friday, 10/21, the Omish will take the stage at Peabody's (2083 E. 21st St., Cleveland, OH 44115) with long-time Jib friends, JuiceheaD as well as the legendary MISFITS!
